    How do I order?

    1. Choose your preferred item and click ORDER NOW >

    2. If you wish to continue shopping click CONTINUE SHOPPING. Otherwise click SAVE AND CHECKOUT. If you wish you can change the number of your items in the quantity field.

    3. Fill out the SHIPPING INFORMATION form which is also the address of the of the one receiving the item. Now in the state/province field, just click on the drop down menu and select OUTSIDE OF US/CANADA. The postal code is very important for us to properly locate your shipping information; however if you really can't find or wouldn't want to research about it, you can just put 0000.


    4. This is now Billing Information which is your complete credit card Billing address and your information. You will notice, some of the recipient information automatically copied to this page, please simply erase all and write your own credit card information. This email address also sender or card holder email address. If all fill up correctly, please click Complete Order Now. If your card is Visa, you will be prompted from VERIFIED BY VISA password page. If you do not have Verified By Visa password, then click- "No, Thanks" and continue.

    5. If order successful, you will see message "SALES PROCESSED" with order number. You will also see " Please Click Here to Complete Order and Notify Bratinellas.com". Please click on the link to finally finish the order processing.


    6. Now you should see a page which is telling "Order Successful". If you see this page means your order has been successful. Relax and wait for confirmation email.

    How do I pay?

    Online Payment -(Credit cards, debit cards) : If you place order online, payment must be using your credit card. We accept all major credit cards and also debit cards which has Visa or Master Card etc Logo on it. 


    Offline payment -We also accept offline payments. You can directly deposit payments with the following banking information.

    Upon confirmation with the bank that payment has been made, ordered items will push through with shipping.

    How do I know if my order was successful?

    If your order is successful, you will see a page which will tell you "Order Successful" and you will also receive a confirmation e-mail of your orders.

    How long it takes time to process my order?

    Our cut-off with orders is 11:00 a.m. If orders are done before cut-off, expect your items to be delivered within 24 hours through LBC express. But if orders are made after 11:00 a.m. We will be able to process the shipping the following day so expect 48 hours from the time you ordered the item.

    Anna is from Metro Manila and ordered a bag at 2:00 p.m., Monday

    Bratinellas was notified of the order and confirmed the payment.

    Bratinellas processed the shipping of Anna's bag Tuesday 11:30 a.m. through LBC express

    LBC express delivered Anna's bag on Wednesday.

    Transaction completed.

     

    I have no credit card, can I still order?

    Sure, you can. We also offer other payment options such as bank deposit and as of to date, we're working on accepting payments through smart padala and G-cash.  You can also make payments directly on our office at No. 52 Kamuning Road, Quezon City and get your item/s asap to feed your adrenaline rush of having your desired purchases at hand.

    Can I order over the phone?

    Unfortunately we don't accept order over the phone due to security reasons. Ordering thru the internet is always faster, reliable and secured 100%. We use 128 bit SSL secured site.

    I can't order & getting error message, what should I do?

    Please check first what is the exact error message you are receiving. Here are some solutions:

    a. Are you receiving a message telling : There are no items in your shopping cart. Click Here to continue.?
    Possible Solution:

    1. Open internet explorer browser window.
    2. Click Tools menu then click Internet options
    3. Then click Privacy tab and make sure your security level set have to LOW or Accept All Cookies.

    b. Is it telling State/Province left blank?
    Possible solution:

    In the SHIPPING INFORMATION >The state/province asking in this form for Philippines address, drop down the menu and select OUTSIDE US OR CANADA.

    c. Is it telling Invalid phone number?
    Possible solution:

    Make sure your phone number is at least 8 characters. Telephone number should contain area code and phone number. Never put any space or write any special character like hyphen (-) or parentheses () or any characters aside from numbers in the field of Telephone number.

    d. Is it telling invalid card number or deny or not honored etc message?
    Possible solution:

    Please make sure you have enough balance of your account to make the purchase or your bank allow to buy items internet. If needed please call your card company 24 hours hotline and consult. If everything seems fine but you are still experiencing problem, we suggest you make offline payment  program.

    How do I order more than 1 item to a single address?

    Click ORDER NOW of your preferred item and click CONTINUE SHOPPING and choose your other item and click ORDER NOW again, if you wish to order more, please click CONTINUE SHOPPING again and shop. Finally click FINALIZE ORDER and go ahead with your order.

    If I order today, can you also deliver today?

    Our cut-off for daily orders is 11:00 a.m. Orders received before 11 am will be processed for delivery the the same day and items can be received within 24 hours through LBC Express. Items ordered after cut-off will be processed for delivery the following day. 

    Do I need to register to your site before purchase any item?

    No need to register. You can purchase directly at our site.

    I can't find the item I'm looking for? Can you help me?

    Shipping charges vary depending on destination. We have provided a table below for your references.     If I order more than 1 item, how much my shipping charge will be?

    Shipping charge will be billed per item since most of the items are just fit to one transpack plastic.

    We deliver using LBC Express Nationwide.

    Do you ship rural areas?

    Yes, we do. If the remote areas are too far from proper town, our courier may not reach your destination. In some cases recipient needs to pick up the item from nearest courier office. If your delivery area is too far from proper town, please email us at bratinellas@gmail.com  before you make any purchase.

    Do you deliver Saturdays & Sundays?

    We can process orders Mondays to Fridays. Orders confirmed on Friday before cut-off time can be received within 24 hours. Orders made after cut-off time (10:00 a.m.) will be processed the following Monday.
